i want to descend - right to the ROOT, so that i just dont see the stems, barks, branches, leaves, flower and fruits but the complete picture.

what is born out of an action (opening, closing, feeling,.............) can be felt till the action is over, but to realize what is present without action - state of non-doing is the only way.
we know who we are, all we need is to accept it with real knowing.
at least you know what you HAD in mind
