When customers go into a restaurant they assume all food is cooked fresh daily not knowing some of the restaurants are serving yesterdays left over food or two..three days old. Although edible why should customers pay full price for old food and if they new it's not fresh big majority would clear off and look elsewhere.
some restaurants put online or on their leaflets that all food is cooked fresh daily which in most cases is not .
Ayurveda says food must be eaten freshly cooked ideally straight when cooked but within 3 hours maximum or it begins to loose its quality and taste.
Many restaurants are cheating customers .
Some Indian restaurants reheat yesterdays or older food and just sprinlkle corrionder on top to make it look fresh but it's not really.
I advice people to make sure that the food you eat in restaurants is cooked fresh daily ..do your homework and find out if food is freshly cooked
