I am in need of some support, in which ever form that might be...
I have been feeling very dizzy in the last three days, and cannot eat "food". I have been eating seeds and nuts and drinking lots of water so I don't think it has anything to do with that..I am shaking and having energy push up against my spine, legs...
When I try to eat food my body gets rid of it very quickly. And no, I am not sick....I have blood work done all the time and see my doctor quite frequently because of my arthritis..
Any suggestions?

Soooo I went to check my blood pressure-it's perfect. Had some fruit, that was ok...then tried to eat some pad thai-not good. Purge purge purge.
My doctor doesn't know I'm off the meds but he knew I might not stay on them because I told him in the beginning that I will try it and see how it works for me. They were injections, and they looked and felt like poison...They made me sick, there were days when I couldn't go to work because of it. The meds were a lower form of chemo. And in the year I was taking them they made no difference in my arthritis whatsoever.
did you take them for a whole year? and is dizziness one of the effects of coming off them or of taking them?
has your dizziness subsided? are you feeling better?

Ok...I will try all those things and stop the green tea for a bit...I am not taking any medications anymore because the last one I was on was really harsh and making me sick...and making my hair fall off :( I actually feel much better now when it comes to the joint pain itself and I'm keeping my psoriasis under control with coconut oil. I've had this for 15 years and nothing they ever gave me helped at all...
I wish I lived in a climate where I could grow and avocado tree...I'm in Canada so that's just not going to happen lol.
I've never tried the linen seeds, I usually put chia seeds and hemp in my yogurt..so I will add that to mu shopping list :) Thank you both..
I'm doing it for my right foot because it's been swollen for about 5 months now and they don't know what it is....I had all of the above checked out when I first felt this way and they found nothing..But I can ask again when I go on the 15th...I do have psoriatic arthritis so I think the foot swelling is connected to it..

I did not dismiss anyone's advice, only the way in which it was given. As I said before, I am thankful for everyone's help and good intentions.
yeah most people dont understand the human body runs on sugar. and also if she is blood type A eating lots of nuts isnt great and will contribute to kidney stones, especially peanut butter
One, you are always so quick to think other don't know something that you do. Give other people some credit...and AGAIN I started eating nuts only in the last three days when i started feeling this way. If you have an advice, I welcome it..like I've said before. I would also appreciate it if you can speak to me directly and not in the 3rd person since it feels even more condescending when you say it that way.
