Barney Frank-an NWO secret agent?  Probably just soft hearted and wanting to make money accessible to everyone- or a useful idiot for the NWO. The problem is most of the giant loans could not be paid back. The dark cabal works at many unseen levels.

Barney Frank is responsible for  pushing the Community Reinvestment Act, and his strong-arming of Fannie Mae to lend to people who obviously couldn’t repay large loans, will outlast his his terms in office.

These resignations, not arrests so far, are obviously being made through threats of exposure and prosecution, 'step down now and you'll be free to go'
