Indigo....now what?

So the realization that you are realy a indigo adult hits you (even if for most of your life you were aware of this)...now what?

What is your plan and your path?

 

How do you get on track with what you deep inside yearn for (even if it is not clear at all)?

In the wake of your life you started out ok but got wacked around and totally stopped right in your tracks in sutch a force that now you have no clue where to go and what to do?

 

Especially distrusting it all right now because of wrong decisions that have no real bottom inside you.

 

What help or healing can bring balance to you again and open up your real path.

    Well now that u know ur true Identity...Go with the flow and continue to have faith...Your Guides will guide you patient and understanding is key...Meditation, relaxation, and inner wisdom...

      I agree, it might be a lable but it shure helps one to move forward.
      Same when i found out i was HSP highly sensitive person, now at least i know and i can learn and start moving forward mutch faster than running around like a chikken without a head.

    Hi Cedric- I think its great you are acknowledging this realization, that you in your heart you have always known. From here is where you put your focus and attention. Its been that way all along. This may seem far off, but its not. Every day we have the choice to put our energy where we desire. Meditation is a great start, if you are not already doing this. This website is another wonderful tool.

    This might seem like a odd choice for an analogy, but you know those kid toys.. the teeter totter... Its just like that. Where your attention is placed is where you will stay.

    There are a lot of wonderful books on this that might help spark your memory and help you feel where to go next..
