    It is a very peaceful state :) even though it isn't the easiest state to maintain, at least for me... But when one learns what it is that takes away this peaceful state of awareness, as one spots a bad inner energy as it arises (that takes away this awareness), one can consciously and calmly ask for its disintegration, and it goes away and awareness is maintained... :) it takes some exploring to get it right, but if applied correctly, it is powerful...and grows stronger the more it is used :)
