This interpretation is an assumption that ISON will survive the "slingshot effect" around the Sun.  

The Star of Antares is also known as the Watcher of The West, as well as the Archangel Oriel. ISON is currently involved with the "slingshot effect" while moving around the Sun as the Star of Antares lines up with these two. This is significant; here is an interpretation of Antares per my notes:

Star astrologer Vivian Robson defined Antares as follows (with individuals, not mundane or worldly):

With The Sun: Pretended religion, insincere, honor and riches ending in disgrace and ruin, military preferment, danger of treachery, violence committed or suffered, fevers and sickness, injuries to the right eye, violent death. If rising or culminating, great honor through violence attended by difficulties and casualties. If with Mars also, pestilential disease. [Robson*, p.137.]

And this is what Elsbeth Ebertin had to say about Antares, including general nature:

A Mars nature, in which the powers of Mercury and Jupiter and Saturn are also added. Antares makes people tough, belligerent and pugnacious. This is an important star for military personnel and is said to convey mental alertness, strategic ability and courage and to make dare-devils, especially if tied up with the MC, Ascendant, Sun or Jupiter. If associated with Mars, courage is said to become foolhardiness, leading to increased dangers. Natives with this particular configuration have to be prepared at all times for sudden incidents, unforeseen events and potential accidents. According to tradition, Antares is of violent character and is credited with being significant for a violent death, either in battle or by process of law. On the other hand, danger may come about by fire, weapons or machinery. Antares is also said to be unfortunate for the eyes, if in conjunction with the Ascendant, Moon or Sun and this has proven to be the case by later researchers. MALCOLM'S INTERPRETATION:

NO CHANGE FROM THE PREVIOUS INTERPRETATION WITH ISON. THINGS COULD GET VERY UGLY ON THE DOMESTIC FRONT AS WE ENTER 2014 AND 2015, BUT THE FUTURE LOOKS BRIGHT AND BEAUTIFUL AFTER THIS BRIEF PERIOD OF MUCH HORROR THAT IS STARTING TO UNFOLD.

It is always darkest before the dawn.

Based on the energy of Antares, I sense that something major may happen that involves the law and the military.

Military Aspects: it has been reported by the recently fired U.S. four-star generals that there has been more of an emphasis and sweeping requests to prioritize certain areas from the commander-in-chief (the president) that appear to be non-military strategy areas, as opposed to military strategy areas (i.e.protecting a nation and its people). These non-military areas currently being pushed as priorities in the military include sexual-harassment, involvement of gay people in all areas of military strategy, and severe penalties for slurs against Islam (including radical sects of Islam that threaten the U.S.), slurs against gay people (including complaints of reverse discrimination against straight people), and slurs against atheists (regardless of the nature of such beliefs or occult leanings). I expect internal strife in the military with this agenda, and a disorganized military is dangerous for national defense (regardless of how one feels about muslims, gay people, or atheists). THIS WILL PARALLEL THE INTERNAL STRIFE SEEN WITH THE U.S. MILITARY THAT WAS SEEN WITH VIETNAM. I predict that we will see U.S. military personnel start to disobey certain orders, similar to Vietnam. This possibility may also be the reason for the increase use of drones, and the increase in analysis of uses of artificial intelligence for the military (THESE PEOPLE ARE NUTS!!!) 

Law Aspects: it has been reported that the White House has hired several thousand information systems specialists to work for the I.R.S., the organization that is responsible for collecting taxes. The U.S. government currently owes $17,000,000,000,000.00 to offshore banks that are shareholders of the Federal Reserve, and finding ways to pay these money addicts will be a priority. In addition to rumored use of the N.S.A. to find dirt on Supreme Court justices as a means to change legal opinions, expect the N.S.A. to assist in collecting taxes by working with the I.R.S. in going after the underground economy. THIS WILL RESULT IN INCREASED NUMBERS OF TAX PROTESTS, INCREASED NUMBERS OF PROPERTY CONFISCATIONS, AND INCREASED NUMBERS OF COMPLAINTS OF ABUSE OF LEGAL POWERS BY GOVERNMENT AND POLICE PERSONNEL. I predict that we will see a rise in isolated communes and isolated communities consisting of people who refuse to pay taxes to local and Federal government and refuse to obey or enforce certain Federal laws, such as penalties for marijuana or alternative currencies (i.e. Bitcoins). There may be a response to this potential movement from the U.S. government in the form of detention camps (i.e. FEMA camps) and use of U.N. troops.

There may also be an attempt from the mainstream media to "paint the president up" as another Abraham Lincoln trying to "save the union" if my prediction actually unfolds; whether or not the U.S. president will cheat out the central banks from expected profits for financing this turmoil (as Lincoln did with the Rothschild family of banks) is pure speculation.
