Involuntary Movement

I'm not sure what is goin on but maybe someone else has experienced this, while sleeping (this occurs often) my whole body or sometiimes just a leg or an arm will move like a sudden jerk and i will shift different postion or spot involuntarly. It's so strong I wake up. It's kind wierd. It feels like not only is my body shifting but so does my brain.

Has happened to me a lot over the years and quite frankly kind of freaks me out. That and just as I fall asleep one or both of my legs just makes a huge jerk and then I have to start the falling asleep state all over. Sometimes too when I am drifting off, it feels like someone is sitting on my feet and that wakes me back up again too. Don't like it...
