Iranian scientists claim to have world's first flying saucer created.
The plane bears the name Zohal, or Saturn, and is said to be an unmanned spacecraft which is initially designed to take aerial photographs.

if so they´re so ill informed they haven´t conducted any serious research into the entire history of man - made UFO´s.
If I was to build a ´flying saucer´I´d naturally inform people it would have been based on early designs......
