About 2/3 months ago, i went to the barber's to get my hair cut & my hairdresser pointed out there was a small area of hair that had fallen out on the back of my head - it looked like someone had cut a small area of hair away from the back of my head using clippers while I was asleep or sometihng.
This area has since become much bigger, about half of the back of my head is now virtually bald. I saw a doctor about this (first time I've been to the doctors for over 10 years), he said it was due to stress. I have had alot of stress in my life. He gave me a prescription for a cream (can't remember what it's called) I have not used any of it, although I am starting to wonder if I should. I know I'm not suffering from anything really serious (it's only hair!!), but having this bald patch does affect you more than you might think.
I would love to hear people's thoughts on the most likely cause of this? Is it 'stress'? Maybe an unhealthy diet (my diet is really not healthy, takeaways are the norm, lack of fresh fruit & veg, etc - I need a good woman!!) Or could this most likely be a symptom of ascention?
Cheers

hair loss is attributed to genetics( from ancestors ) , stress and bad diet. Also wearings hats at all times, for yrs.
Eliminating stress is greatly suggested by me, what ever it is must stop and be reversed into positive and happy mental, also on personal level daily activities.
Diet~!~; of as many as possible , meals of fresh fruit and uncooked vegetables will help stop, if not reverse this process of hair loss.
..............I would suggest positive activities on personal level, what ever they may be for you, at first.
Positive thoughts, Positive words, Positive actions is a great remedy for many issues "haunting" humanity today.
Calor gas & LPG about 10 miles away. I drink tap water, so not sure if I'm drinking well! I know 1 other person & have heard of others with similar hair loss & apparently it grows back sooner or later
You might be in Gasland, where the natural gas is contaminating the water.
