I have been pondering the idea of time-travelling via consciousness recently - I think it would be a good way for me to re-connect with aspects of myself that I have lost. Has anyone done this or know if it is possible? I have heard that it is so... and you can actually travel back and "possess" your past self and re-live your life for a short time. I figured that when your consciousness leaves your body it leaves the space-time continuum, so it would make sense that such a form of travel would be possible. Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated!

In this book on military remote viewers they are able to communicate with aliens even off the planet and it is not limited to the present.

Yes, I believe it is possible. Hven't done myself yet, though. It has been said by some that time is really just an illusion anyway. What is impossible in our limited human consciousness, becomes simple from a higher state of consciousness may be a true statement. I'm still mostly stuck in 3d human consciousness but I keep trying to catch something more.
