"It is certainly preferable to raise vegetables, and I think, therefore, that vegetarianism is a commendable departure from the established barbarious habit.
That we can subsist on plant food and perform our work even to advantage is not a theory, but a well-demonstrated fact. Many races living almost exclusively on vegetables are of superior physique and strength. There is no doubt that some plant food, such as oatmeal, is more economical than meat, and superior to it in regard to both mechanical and mental performance. Such food, moreover, taxes our digestive organs decidedly less, and, in making us more contented and sociable, produces an amount of good difficult to estimate.
In view of these facts every effort should be made to stop the wanton and cruel slaughter of animals, which must be destructive to our morals. To free ourselves from animal instincts and appetites, which keep us down, we should begin at the very root from which we spring:
we should effect a radical reform in the character of the food."

  • As for Tesla, he was a fine inventor and engineer, if not an informed dietician...😉
  • Most "vegetarians" are actually GRAINARIANS.....Moreover, normal stomach acids in humans are low on the PH scale, so more acidic, in order to digest animal proteins...In contrast, the stomach(s) acid of cows and sheep, are closer to neutral (seven)..Because they are naturally suited to eating grass.....which humans cannot, as we don't have the enzymes to digest cellulose....

For millions of years, humans have eaten a mostly omnivore diet and are certainly able to go carnivore and thrive..

Moreover, on the ketogenic diet OMAD, with Intermittent Fasts, I probably eat more vegetables in one day, than you eat in a week...as you are overloaded on carbs, no doubt, plus constant snacks...Tut...! tut..!

    • Yes I agree, the human body was designed to obtain nutrients from meat, eggs, dairy, vegetables and fruit which cannot be found in vegan diets which are primarily carbs, sugar and maybe some vegetables but still lacking in many nutrients. A diet full of carbs and sugar feeds cancer and causes all kinds of diseases and hormonal imbalances.
In the future will have GFL replicator technology, which means that we can eat meat without killing animals, which we only do on this planet because the replicator technology is not accessible to us so we don’t have a choice. ‘God’ doesn’t blame us for this.. It’s the food chain that he created for this lower dimension which will be adapted when we have the technology.
      • And using replicator tech, combined with a quality protein, food can be highly nutritious....And as you know, the Sirians use a template based upon an ancient and once hunted animal, as follows:

The Sakaran noble hirscobar, was and still is, a beautiful animal, that roams the wilds of surface Samanet....Modern hunting is not permitted, but in ancient times, was....

From what our offworld friend, Vashtar, described (and he sent me a cool image,) it is really very much like a larger version of the African gazelle, or impala antelope.....About two thirds bigger in mass...on average, for the males and females..
      • Absolutely correct, Movella...And of course, the Federation-shared technologies, include replicators, which are based upon an original source, which is stored as a template, for continued replication...So a good protein source, an original meat, or fish, for example, is replicated and stored...That original animal may be centuries old, but the template is fresh and perfect in atomic structure...
Earth people will not need to farm or hunt, after first contact, as the technology will be shared and used, here.....
BUT, in the mean time, we do not need to starve ourselves and should keep ourselves healthily fed, with real food.....
No need to kill animals for food, in a world with a plentiful supply of replicators, distributed to all households....
And these devices do not need to plug into the mains electricity....They tap into the aether, as Tesla knew about......Albeit, even he had not managed to develop this offworld tech, with regards atomic replication...If he had, he may have revised his views on eating quality meat...
  • Do you understand ..meat eaters get out of this Planet and find a planet where all meat eaters reside
  • He should know best ..without his inventions ..the world would be dark and gloomy
