I highly swear by the coffee....it is so yummy amazingly and actually helps me with my RA...I am not nearly as wracked with pain as I used to and my joints are less stiff and my sed rate is considerably lower (which is a good thing when you have rheumatoid arthritis, the lower the sediment rate the better, fyi). Also it has helped me with my breathing problems as well...drinking the coffee in the morning with my teaspoon of msm in it has helped a lot....I take the daily supplements too. These things have a price tag but actually I have saved money in the long run with far less emergency trips to the doctors and hospital. Well worth every penny and there are no additives or secret ingredients which is a plus. The wisdom of the health effects of Ganoderma going back thousands of years is still just as beneficial if not more so today, especially with all the unhealthy chemicals we humans are exposed to and crap in the air....Ganoderma is good for helping to keep strong to fight all the chemical pollution in the air, food, and medicines....
