I am trying to figure out who wrote this obscure chapbook, it came from San Francisco. This is a long shot but have had no luck finding the author, crediting himself only as "King Dave". I figure there are probably plenty of aliens from SF here, and some of you may actually have met this guy. This thing talks about other lives I had with a friend of mine, who also is called Dave, and was a king called David (not the hebrew one, but it's possible there's a connection).
