The gnostics, this is where Jesus spendt his "missing year's" His teatching's also reflect that...that is if yo peel away all the addon's by those who compiled the bible.

THere are many theories surrounding this topic, one is that Jesus never was caught and that Judas pointed out a different man so that the real Jesus could escape. It has been a while since I read the lost gospel of Judas, but playing from memory, I could be mixing it with a different story, but didn't this, either allude to that it was a different Judas that was behind the betrayal or that Judas acted upon the wishes of Jesus?

And wasn't it said that Judas was the only deciple who "got it" in terms of what Jesus was trying to convey?

Hmmm, better do some refreshing me thinks, thanx for the link's Brother Martin, I shall read up on it again to get my "facts" straight he he hehe he he...

  My understanding is the Gnostics contained much of what Jesus did not say to the public, but reserved it to 13th disciple Judas. Basically it was to encourage every possible way to gain those inner messages and insights. In others words to seek the Kindom of Heaven within! Every Master, guru and sage throughout history have ascended this way and this way alone, much as ground commanders are doing today. We are at the first rung of the ladder to ascension and pray every soul will climb their way up, up and away!
