Aaron Siri, the lawyer for The Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT), has reported a huge win for transparency as their court battle against the FDA has come to completion.

Following a firm request that the FDA produce all the data submitted by Pfizer to license its COVID-19 vaccine, a Judge has ordered the FDA produce 55,000 pages per month of data instead of the requested 500 pages per month the FDA initially asked for.

If the FDA got their way, it would take up to 75 years for them to release the data used to approve Pfizer’s COVID vaccine. Why do they need 75 years? Good question.

The Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT) sued the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) for not releasing Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine data.

PHPMT is a not for profit organization that exists solely to obtain and disseminate the data relied upon by the FDA to license COVID-19 vaccines.  The organization takes no position on the data other than that it should be made publicly available to allow independent experts to conduct their own review and analyses.

The recent court decision represents a huge win as now people will have access to the evidence that can hold ‘health authorities’ accountable for their decisions. With data on the way, we’re going to find out rather quickly exactly what Pfizer handed the FDA in granting approval. All we can hope is the FDA doesn’t begin shredding documents much like the CDC did with childhood vaccine and autism data, according to whistleblower William Thompson.

Once this data is available, independent scientists, journalists and doctors will sift through it in order to find out the truth. Perhaps legacy media employees may even begin being journalists again and join in the fun.

Regulatory agencies have a long history of siding with and protecting the criminal behaviour of pharmaceutical companies. Pfizer happens to be one of the biggest and most habitual offenders of criminal action in the pharma space, having paid out billions in fines for actions like bribery, illegal marketing of products, and suppressing adverse trial results.

If Pfizer has a history of suppressing adverse reactions from their clinical trials, might this have happened again with their COVID vaccine? Given Pfizer cannot be held liable for COVID vaccine injury, would it not be in their financial interest to make sure their product gets out? There is no incentive for them to ensure their product is completely safe.

There have been a number of safety signals in real world data that indicate Pfizer is likely hiding common serious adverse events from their product. VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System) and the UK’s Yellow Card System, both track adverse events from vaccines. The numbers in those systems corroborate one another fairly well, and indicate that these vaccines are causing much more damage than the small trials Pfizer used to get their vaccines approved for use.

That said, Pfizer’s trial data showed we can expect a serious adverse event 1.2% of the time.

During the course of this pandemic, citizens have been coerced into taking COVID vaccines and have not been given proper informed consent to understand the dangers they are exposing themselves to. Citizens who have wanted to keep their jobs, have access to basic things in society, and to be able to travel have willingly or begrudgingly played into governments authoritarian policies.

Politicians have not even attempted to hide their authoritarian mindsets either. When it comes to the unvaccinated, they have commonly incited anger and violence towards them, calling them various names, dehumanizing them, and even committing to “piss them off” in order to make their lives a living hell.

This is the face of leadership during this pandemic. With vaccine mandates being a completely unscientific policy given COVID vaccines may only reduce symptoms for a period of time, not stop spread and infection, governments are actually forcing people to take a medication – a very dangerous precedent to have set.

The release of these documents in a timely manner shows that the Judge understands the importance of transparency and informed consent, something politicians and health regulatory agencies do not seem to believe in at the moment.

The good news is we hear from more and more scientists, physicians and citizens on a weekly basis who are realizing the disingenuous game being played here, and have chosen to not get any further boosters or partake in this ruse. A critical mass is building.
