Just to remember an old school friend of Zappa - Captain Beefheart

Both, Zappa and Beefheart guarded me through a difficult time in my life, when I served in the army back in 1986. Ten years later I was my first year in the US and met a hard core officer who asked me first if I served in the army. Only after I said yes he wanted to give me his hand. And he laughed that we ten years ago were enemies...

 

Anyway, now that even Beefheart is dead, I thought I should post a couple of his songs which I hope you will enjoy.
