Here I am referring to beings on this planet who make a lot of noise in public places ..know them as having mouths bigger then their brains, uncivilised and more fit fit the jungle then public places

You will not find human beings who are on their path of evolution, who are cultured and who are educated and intelligent ever make noice in public places.

  • Since different people have different sensitivity to sound, you can't easily talk of 'noise' in a public place. Why is a town prone to noise? Because there are lots of pple and some pple have hearing problems. Pple who have hearing problems talk loudly.

If you say: '...never make noise in a public place...' does it mean we have no right to talk to pple with hearing losses in a public place? Nope it is the people who have hearing sensitivities themselves who should find their own comfortable place, e.g. the rural areas, not the other way round!

The rule '...donnot make noise...' is on the same with the mask rule! Both are inverted. If you fear viruses, then you yourself should lock up yourself. It is not the other pple that must wear musks!
    • What utter tripe I didn't leave London because I had "hearing problems," as you suggest...I left because my job took me out of the capitol and into the home counties....And unlike many others, there was no need for me to commute into London, daily.....Life is so much nicer out in the countryside and the air is cleaner....Certainly, the noise is lesser....and indeed, people with good hearing will notice the difference...A deaf person would not...
      • But aren't you saying it? Sensitivity to sound is not a necessarily 'problem' as such. It is only a problem if you are in a noisy place. Otherwise it might just be due to having excellent hearing ability. But a town belongs to everyone, from the 'deafest' to the one with the best ears. A person with hearing loss still has a right to hear pple talking. That is my point!
        • If different pple have different hearing abilities, then how 'loud' should we speak? thats my main point.

Then again don't we have a right to 'broadcast' a message in a public place? I think we do have it! You have a right to talk to anyone on the streets, no matter how far they are. Those who don't like such should go live in country side!
  • I would venture to suggest that the modern mobile phone (cellphone,) has made this noise pollution, worse...Cities have always been noisy, from ancient times, onward...The Romans used to complain about their city, during the empire, when all and sundry would arrive and gabble, constantly...in Latin, and often in other tongues....
London is no different, as it is a global city, attracting vast numbers, from all over the world...Like every great metropolis, down through the ages...

I used to live in London.....And like a "Roman" I left, to enjoy the peace and calm of the English countryside...So that I could hear myself think....lol

Many wealthy Romans had villas, outside of Rome...You would commute into Rome and then leave it after your work was completed....We have many commuters in this country, too....Living in the home counties...

Have you ever thought of living outside of the metropolis...?? It is a lot quieter...and civilised...
    • Don't you see also that KK is way too much? He keeps telling us here of what 'should be done' as if he owns stadiums, streets, cities, busses, animal zoos, hotels, pups, temples, the whole earth and even heaven sometimes? He has issued us with hundreds or rules from what we should eat how we should play in field, what we should/should not say there,...., endless. What kind of authoritarian can this guy support?
