LAUGH YOUR WAY TO ASCENSIONWhen laughter occurs within the human, the vibrational frequency of the individual is raised. I note it that sometimes when I laugh, I felt something, something like elastic and electric, like something has been triggered. Experience it from time to time since I love laughing, at very small things and at my very own pranks. :D

Sounds like you discribed me verry wel.I do laugh a lot especially inside myself (sometimes i need to put on a poker face)lol so i can blend in to the drama of those around me.A lot of people seem to have the urge to be over serious about everything.I always had that laughter ever sinds i can remember,and it became even stronger after my 2 NDE's.I do have a laughing Budha on my desk...we do laugh a lot .:)))

And watching feel-good, happy ending, funny movies helps a lot....
...And also hilarious jokes from friends and unwittingly funny strangers we meet. They're all angels in disguise.
On the downside of laughter, books by Bill Bryson sometimes give me belly-ache from too much of the good thing.
