Hi,
I was wondering if someone could help me, for the last couple of days i have been getting really bad wrist pain in my left arm. It's a really sharp pain and i can really feel it when i twist my hand up and down. The weird thing is my right hand wrist is fine. Does anyone know which chakra could be causing me this grief on an energetic level and how best to sort it out?

try soaking that wrist is water with epsom salt .

I suggest you massage the wrist and whole arm with some oil....you might add something aromatic and expanding as well like tea tree oil to another oil. This would be the joints...I forget which chakra is for the joints.....or it can be the heart chakra for it has to do with the arms..
Tiger Balm would be another alternative..
