Terminator star and former governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger has urged members of the public to give up meat and take-up a plant-based diet “for the benefit of humanity”.
In partnership with James Cameron, Arnie is spreading the message, “less meat, less heat, more life”.

When people like Kane Richardson (in the linked article above) and other sports players/athletes or former bodybuilders like Arnie, talk about the benefits they feel or perceive in being veggie/vegan, that in itself helps dispel the social conditioning of 'eat meat or else you'll be undernourished, weak and sickly'. It sends out a positive message instead of a fear-based one.
Mainstream consciousness is shifting. I just saw this article about a local cricket player here.

Very good message stating eating meat is bad for human health...But remember once a human being starts eating meat he is no longer human but turning into a zombie till a time will come when he will turn into a full flesh eating zombie
And you never adequate reason as to why the life plants donnot matter in this sense. An experiment was done on bacteria jiggling around to exermine if one could tell it from a multicellular organism but guess what? It is indercirnable!! Bacteria, though, is categorised by a HUMAN to be a plant. These categories are essentially man made and they stop simply where our ignorance end.
Our scientists tend to artribut consciousness to an elaborate nervous system. However, same would not explain complex behavior of bacteria that has no nervous system. If tubuline network is more responsible, then you can see that we are totaly mistaken.
Plants do have cells more complex than those of bacteria and there are gazillions of them. So when we say 'all lives matter', whose definition of 'live' should we go by? Vegan? Whose beleifs about what constitute sentience should we go by? Vegan?
Just because a thing doesn't shout or ran doesn't mean that its life doesn't just matter as any other life. That would be like saying that because donnot speak English, then their lives doesn't matter.

Non of your yells will convert even a single person. We cannot yell to pple so they may do good. The good itself have the power to draw pple. Your posts, shouting to the world ISIS, bankers etc to be peacefull, not to eat meat, only shows that you are yet to understand very basic thing, you cannot push good food down the throaths. You can but only push poison down the throaths. If a thing is good, it is appetising enough to draw pple. If someone is yet to be attracted, then the good 'smell' has simply not yet reached his place. We donnot nead preachyness at all in this world.
Now you do not need a university degree ..you do not need college certificates...you don't need a diploma in English ...YOU JUST NEED TO UNDERSTAND YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.
Those who believe in God ...who are God conscious beings do no harm to any of Gods created living entities and they are called humans. The animal flesh eaters are closer to zombies and a day will come in Kali Yuga where they will be eating each other ..they will eat their babies...no way are they humans but brute, savages and murderors. You only need to visit the slaughterhouses and see for yourself how animals are treated.

There will come a time when no meat eaters will exist on Planet Earth..this is what Mother Earth wants and for the ascension of this Planet.
Choose your path become a God conscious human being or turn into zombies the flesh eaters.
Meat eaters are Aliens that are brutes, savages and murderors on Planet Mother Earth ...and they really have NO RIGHT TO LIVE ON PLANET EARTH.
