A good thing letting go is not thinking about the thing you let go. Just see it like a game - you deliberately make a little paper ship and let it swim on a brook while thinking the thing you wanna let go is in the paper ship. It flows away, and you do not look for it - that is letting go. And each time you think about it, you say: it`s gone!
