Life and gratitude

On being grateful: I just wanted to share with those who are having a difficult time in life adjusting to the challenges and changes within everyone.

I feel so grateful for my (old) life. It has given me (if you will) a "foundation" to build a new life.

I was assaulted in my past. What I've learned from these assaults is, how you treat people (with respect,etc,)because everyone's lives are precious and it can change just like that.
