  I want to share with you briefly that for many of us, belief patterns need to change.  You mention this in your note; and also the importance of taking responsibility for our energy individually.  I respond in particular given my journey of late that has required significant healing from physical pain due to a severe spinal cord injury.  It is my belief that somehow I created lessons in suffering for myself, somewhere in another world before I got here.  But even that belief wasn't serving me because I kept staying stuck in "why did I do this to myself"?  It did me no good to get stuck in that loop.  I mention this in regard to beliefs, because we each have so many undercurrents of belief that control our overall well being, or that hold us back from being who we are intended to be.  Such is the case with me.  For so many of us, our psyches are superhighways filled with trash and road kill beyond anything we can consciously recognize, no matter how much work we've done to improve and evolve, no matter how high our intent.  I recently began receiving Theta healing treatments; one in person for 20 minutes, and the others on a remote basis daily for about a week.  During that time, it was as though I had to face every unkind or negative thought that I'd ever had about myself or anyone else; I felt as though I was wrestling with the devil himself.  I had in this past year reached great levels of awareness about my past and may patterns in order to move forward differently.  However, despite the extensive work I have done over the last several years, there were still some horrible remnants that had to and have to go.  I am not alone in this realm of carrying negative beliefs of self that serve no one or thing.  Any efforts I have ever made to be loving and be responsible to the world still carried with them these hidden, very damaging mistruths and they bled into everything.  My point here is that I agree with what you are saying about evolving humanity in a love-based way and that it starts at home; with us each as individuals.  If we examine our beliefs and find ways to eliminate the non-serving ones, we can all move forward with greater purpose.  In my case, given my healing journey, I would have to say that Theta healing is one of the most remarkable things I've encountered -- and I've experienced many different things.  It is very empowering and shifts all of humanity.  It may not be as difficult for others as it has been in my case; but my point is that we are all suffering to some degree and can only help ourselves so much.  If you are concerned with being here according to purpose with as little suffering as possible, please consider investigating Theta -- everyone wins.  My pain has lessened in ways that I cannot explain and haven't previously experienced, on every level.  I think that many of us are unaware of the degree to which we have been suffering and there is so much more available to us, but great shifting is required at this remarkable time in human and Earth history.  That is my dark-to-light journey of late, that I wanted to share in response, in case anyone else can relate and is looking for solutions.  Every blessing -- Alanna.

  this is true for the most part.  All of these blogs have have helped my though some deep depressions. Some of the depression is from the fact that I have a teenaged daughter who doesn't live with me whom I find it difficult to talk too because she's in a different place. Whether shes' talking about a boy who wouldn't go to homecoming with, or the fact the mom needs to bring her homecooked meals. I can feel he smiles hide her pain. So one thing I thought would help are the homecooked meals. Also; writing her letters on an ongoing basic. Sometimes that makes everything come into place when I call her each day on the phone. I remember to add " I love you just the way you are." That really is a powerful way of putting it. ANd it is far from from an all or nothing approach. It is really effective.  Plus, I had family over this weekend, and I gave all four of them a hug, and a personal :I love you" Made me realize that they needed it more than I did. WOW.

  Thank´s Ben , this is all part of moving into 4D.(we are on the first stage of 4D now)

  It is a time of choosing.

  Light also brings TRUTH to the surface , and we have to use our higher self to discern.

  Very right... In spiritualism most of the process is of cleansing of your astral and causal bodies... My MASTER said that when you do austerities the hidden vices sprung up and brings dilemma in your thinking .... It is like you are cleaning a room which is not cleaned for say 2-3 days or more then by the first broom you sweep, there will be dust iin the air all around you ... Similarly all the austerities you do will bring out all the hidden and non-hidden vices and you then have to carefully eradicate one by one ............

  Lets share our love and not our separation.  It is easier to bring bad feelings to the light and let them go into the light than to carry the weight of negativity and bitter or slighted feelings on our shoulders.  I so agree with you Ben.  As always you bring wisdom to us, and love and calmness and clarity.  Namaste.
