  It is important to share positivity, which in turn, ignites the light in others, for everyone to see and feel. It just keeps on spreading and getting brighter. And mostly just through a smile!

  A long time ago I heard the adage that it takes something like 43 muscles to frown but only 17 muscles to smile, ergo, we should just smile because it's easier.

   

   

   

  And apparently it takes only four to flip someone off..............lol!

  This is a great message!  
  
  It takes alot of strength to promote happiness, spread light, and keep a positive vibe going.  People try and play positivity off like it's something weak, or that person must be living in a "fantasy world" because they're happy....
  
  But the people who remain filled with positivity are to truly be commended!  I've been feeling a little down, but like so many things - this too will pass.
  
  
  It's important to stay strong and keep the light illuminating within ourselves - and radiating out into the Universe! :)

  Well, my ear popped, and I could hear so much better...

  It's like, if you wear glasses, and you've gone a long time without putting them on, and then you put them on, and the world becomes SO MUCH CLEARER and you just sit in awe of the sharpness and clarity of the world around you...

  THAT is a great feeling.

  I felt extremely happy within the last 24 hours!  Just make a big huge smile, and hold it, and within minutes you'll probably feel better!  I know it works for me.

    One of the things that I like to do is only take note of the things that produce a smile. Let go of the things that do the opposite, immediately, and think of a smile time! =)

  I totally feel it all the time when I'm outside! It's wonderful!

  I do not care about any chemtrails. The skies have been clear where I live for a while now. Actually, I have not seen anything the last months. I'm trying to build up my immune system instead. 'They' can't stop me from going out and enjoy Mother earth as she should be enjoyed. Taking deep, relaxing breaths have not been a problem for me here. I have not coughed for years, neither felt ill when being outside.

   

  Don't forget to hug the trees! They give you enormous amount of energy!

  (Mackie sure likes the loving energy in the air, too!)
