Lightship Work?

Hey everybody,
I just wanted to share my experience with the Ashtar Command and see if anyone had the same experience as me.  So frequently i have been noticing during my sleep, usually after i meditate that day, that i'll be concious in bed (kind of), but i wont be able to move my body, and i hear this buzzing humming ringing warping sound loud enveloping my body, then the recent time i felt myself floating out of my body.  This all occurs within like a minute or so, but it all stops when inside i start getting a little paranoid and fearful. I don't know whether i've just come back from the ship, or if im preventing myself from going up.

    That AND when laying down meditating, feeling the bed vibrate or it seems there's something on or under it making it move. As soon as any thought of "OH OH! What's THAT!" (worded politely here) hits me, it stops.

      I think that when you feel the vibration in the bed and feel movement within your back, it's your Higher self joining with you. It feels like a rumbling vibration in your lower back, and movement like someone is trying to get in you.

    You are stopping yourself from getting out of your body. I used to have the same problem. especially when you let your mind get scared. Sometimes you might feel half way back and it might take a few hours to feel normal again.

    Yes I also get the same thing whenever I practise meditating which I should do more often, I think it is maybe just a raise in frequency or something, but I am not yet sure. Good to hear that someone else gets it too =)

    Maybe you're just preventing yourself from having an "Out of Body Experience"...and has nothing to do with lightships etc...
