  Thanks for the reminder :)  Feeling groovy... released some inner goop... now is time for fresh beginnings.  Also noted the astrological chart advises we are still in the stage of destruction but things are looking up for those willing to go with the flow :)

  Ok, I am not sure what "passing through the Lion's Gate" means.  Jon can you explain what is meant by the Lion's Gate?  I am sure that not everyone reading this knows what the Lion's Gate is, per se.  There is so much I do not know, and could not find anything referring to it on the internet.  Guess I missed something.  Please explain....I do feel drastic changes however.....just curious what  passing through this gate means.

  I was standing in the shower, doing the pondering personal mumble talk, and yea, my body feels a confirmation of this too, I would not be surprised if very soon something else changes, I mean more physically, like riots, changing into something else?
  
  I feel in the midst of a failure a good clean clear look at where we stand, thats the scent I smell faintly now coming, not another ring around the rosy, not this time

  its was supa awesome on facebook yesterday i could  clearly see symptoms of the solar lion gate 88 i helped were i could and it was awesome so many ppl noticed a real difference in the air

  Yup....an initiation of some sort, Jon....and James sounds like he misses the past..but all is in motion and evolving and cannot remain the same forever...

  And in the UK we are seeing riots in the streets...so yes, the solar flares are effecting the unprepared in negative ways...

  My advice is try to stay calm (if poss) drink lots of fluids...Anita suggested coconut juice...as one of several types...maintain a sense of loving expectancy and gratitude, as Kelly S pointed out to the site yesterday....So we may align with the Sun's aetheric body in preparation for ascension...And keep positive and release all bitterness...As Jon Jancar says, don't allow negative experiences to stick...just let the water flow off the duck's back...as he says....
