California has talked about seceding from the U.S.A. if Trump is sworn in. I say let them secede. As far as I'm concerned, California can take the pedophiles with them with this new law they are proposing, and the rest of us don't want their DNA if they are actually this stupid. This apparently also includes the aliens who abduct people for their DNA; California appears to be avoided for the most part by aliens seeking human DNA samples.
