I don't think it's about "Texans" in Austin, where the interview took place. This type of reaction could take place anywhere in the United States, since it's about the "scarey sound" of "di-hydrogen monoxide." I included Texans due to my previous posting of southern Californians signing a similar bullsh!t petition, as such will let everyone know that Texas is just as guilty of having morons similar to southern California (or any other state for that matter).
