If a planet is being taken over and ruled by demonic beings and planet and life beings are suffering then by all means ...repeat by all means other more advanced beings from other planets must come down to earth and help till the planet is in the Mode of Goodness ..meaning all beings live in peace and harmony and the earth is healed to its original beautiful form. 

Thus the law of non-interference must be amended for the highest good of all.
