If you see someone as your worst enemy then you are sending them light as an enemy.
which compromises the purity of light you send them.
Perhaps even adds to the scenario which makes them and enemy.
In moments like this,
Work the love on yourself until you see your enemy, and yourself, as a Divine Sovereign Being of Light.
Anything less is adding to the problem. that makes them your enemy.

Howeevr if this is the case about Helen, it is her darkness to explore and enlighten.
She is part of a community that can support her in doing this.

her partner also put up a channeling, An channeling that i belive has been compromised by the chanels fears as he opens the door to his higher sefl.

i just didn't feel that it resonated with the purity of truth that it typical of that organisation.
