Losing Faith in Galactic Roundtable

Like many, when I first started out, Mark, Beth, Tara, and Rama all seemed to be fairly good sources of channeling and information regarding the current ascension events. Of course, over time, this did not last. I started to notice, like many others, that most, if not all, the things that they would try and predict or say would happen never did. However, I continued to read them, listened to their excuses with a grain of salt, and just hoped that Ascension would come about one way or another.Now they have their social network: galacticroundtable.com. I like to log in and join the discussions put up by some of their followers. Sometimes the debate gets very heated because there are many over there getting sick of hearing Beth chant nice words and mislead us all. Usually, many members are spilling their guts on those forums about how much of a lie it all seems, only to be deleted an hour later, all trace of them gone, no other members any the wiser. The people who post these messages also acknowledge that they know they will be kicked for stating their opinion. I myself have had to create several profiles there, simply because I would ask one too many questions. I even tried to be polite and unassuming as possible in some of these profiles-- they kick you off the moment you doubt their plan or talk back to Beth. In the chatrooms they refer to her as a goddess. This benevolent goddess never even takes the time to answer some of the doubters' questions or soothe them in their fears that they are being taken for a ride. She just deletes them and pretends they were never there, calling all who oppose her words "agents of the dark."So my point in question is this: Are they becoming a cult over there, or what?

What a laugh it is that everyone is invited at Share 11. Well maybe everyone is invited, but I was rejected within two hours of applying!!! I was a member of GRT and quite an outspoken one over there. I locked horns with Beth the site manager many a time, and I guess my reputation preceeded me, lol. Odd thing was that the original site Galactic Round Table came back online a couple of weeks ago and I am still a member over there. Does not make sense they would turn me down at one site, but keep me at the other, but then again not much on the site does make sense, haha. There are very very nice, love filled members and I have a lot of friends there, and that is why I am a member, not because of management that is for sure. I concur with all that has been said negative about it, especially the censure, and there is written abuse by management there, who openly badmouth people on the forum with extreme rudeness for asking questions or pointing out an alternative outlook, or for anything at all, and there is no need of it. I guess in a way I remain popping in there from time to time just to see what bad things are going on over there, lol. It's members are leaving in droves as they slowly figure out that it is an abusive place, not a site filled with love and light or one where a member is valued and encouraged to share what is on their mind and hearts..

In short, I need your help to change the future. But first, you need to understand how I got to this point, and more specifically, why a solution for this longstanding issue can become real and is truly needed, to help us move forward with ascension…

Each person has to determine for themself if something rings true. In college I had a Bible Professor say you could give a passage of text from the Bible, or any book, for an interpretation to 100 people. You would get 100 different interpretations back. Each of the 100 interpretations would be Correct!

Great to see you on this site instead my brother - I'm sure that many will enjoy your energies and enthusiasm. We all enjoyed some heated debates on the site, did we not, knowing that our words were under scrutiny and have moved forward as a result. What great experiences they were and we have come through the flames stronger and wiser don't you feel? However, there is no point just working with those already in the light - there are many others whose eyes still need opening. Onwards brother - much work still to be done, even on the GRT site. Do we abandon those that remain to the mis-information and fear created........................?

  Hi 1Happy, and my friend from GRT, welcome to Ashtar. I am so glad to see that I am not the only from over there realizing that that place is becoming very oppressive. I send my prayers to those in charge over there, that they learn valuable lessons about treatment of people. There is so much hippocracy, preaching love love love, while treating people with hatered and lack of respect. If it were not for wonderful people like you and many others there, I would not go there at all. I am glad to see you here. I have found a niche here. People are allowed to have opinions and speak them, and management never never humiliates people. Everyone is treated with the utmost respect. This site is awesome, and has been my main squeeze for a long time.

I have always tried to make people consider more seriously who they consider to be their 'teachers' or who they take guidance from.

So far I have found two really good sources - you can find information on both from youtube or from their own websites:
- Abraham Hicks: Very good, keeping it simple
- Bashar: Very good, very hardcore

I check that site from time to time to look for the latest news that might have not been posted here yet. I am not a member there though and now I can't enter that site anymore since they now require you to be a member to view their website.
