The delay of the Monday November 7, 2022 $2 billion Powerball drawing seems suspect.

The drawing did not take place live, as they usually do, due to technical difficulties.
Notice how the numbers roll into the tube but you never get to see the tube entirely.
Notice how the host says "tonight" three times during the drawing, PLUS after the 2nd ball is chosen they congratulate Powerball winner Lisa Hays for winning $2 million.
A quick search proves that Lisa Hays won her $2 million back in February 2019..
JUST THINK OF SOME PEOPLE :
