"I paint in Patagonia" was the theme when children in the Chilean presidential palace La Moneda gathered to protest against the construction of large dams in the country.

The Latin American research firm for Environmental Conflict and Editorial OCLA Quimantú coordinated the operation for the building of which it is suppressed.
