I'm having a hard time finding an article about a man who worked for a group of Scientists who are developing Time Travel. Over the course of their development of Time Travel, they managed to discover the ability to seemingly create things out of thin air.
I can't find it tonight, I think I'm blocking myself from finding it. Can someone help me? Thanks!

12/26/24-I filmed this on an NJ beach-watch how it morphs, I think it morhed into a drone at the end but it got too dark-the orbs and drones are all over the ocean.
