Spring Equinox 2015 features a solar eclipse taking place on March 20, 2015, about thirty minutes before the Sun crosses the celestial equator (at 29 degrees Pisces 27 minutes).  This is very significant in the sense that this eclipse takes place just minutes before the "first day of spring" (for the Northern Hemisphere) and thirty minutes before the "first day of fall" (for the southern hemisphere).

Solar Eclipses are technically "new moons," and hence there is some defined "new beginning" with this event.  But this "new beginning" is usually derived from crisis, either with good or bad intentions (as there are usually "winners" and "losers" with a crisis).  This "new beginning via crisis" is created via a direct lineup of the Sun, the Earth, and the Moon, and hence there is some stress involved that not only involves gravitational fields, but energy fields as well.

Below shows the areas for best view of this total eclipse:

Solar eclipses were usually monitored by ancient leaders, as this event usually arrives prior to a defined "new beginning crisis" that makes an impact.  History does reveal that nobles and royalty feared solar eclipses, as this event usually indicated that this "new beginning crisis" usually affected them in a negative way.  It may be for this reason that human sacrifices (at the behest of ancient authorities) usually took place during solar eclipses as a means to preserve or protect power bases and power establishments of individuals in power.

The March 20, 2015 eclipse takes place at 29 degrees Pisces 27 minutes, right on the star of Azelfafage ("The Tail of The Hen," or "The Tail of The Swan").

Astrologer William Lilly (from the European Renaissance) wrote this in his text "Christian Astrology" about Azelfafage:

The Taile of the Swan, or Cauda Cygni [Azelfafage] in the beginning of Pisces [28 Pisces], makes a man ingenious, and apt to any learning or knowledge, &c.

It is my opinion that this March 20, 2015 solar eclipse with the star of Azelfafage will have a profound effect on exposure of knowledge in some way for 2015, and possibly with exposure of profound lies and deceit that has affected the world in some way (and from which future generations can learn from and hopefully not repeat).  Astrologer Georgia Stathis (who is a Pisces) once stated that Pisces is "the cleaning dustpan of the horoscope...this is a phase where there is a 'clean up' of the final dirt leftover from winter before the beginning of spring...if you have not been careful, you can get caught up in this clean-up and find yourself in big trouble."   And because this eclipse takes place between the last station of Pisces (29 degrees Pisces) and the first station of Aries (0 degrees Aries, which marks the beginning of Spring when the Sun transits there),  this could indicate either some real scandals about to be exposed or the revealing of some very important knowledge that has been "kept under the surface" as spring of 2015 emerges.

Note that the 90 degree square between Uranus in Aries and Pluto in Capricorn is still in effect (AND WILL BE VERY STRONG DURING THIS ECLIPSE).  I suspect that there may be some scandals brewing about to be exposed, and these scandals may concern those in important positions of power.  Areas of focus for this include politics and banking (due to Pluto in Capricorn).  Other possible scandals involve entertainment and law areas (both law enforcement and law interpretation) as strong possibilities as well, since this eclipse will form a stressful 135 degree sesquiquadrate to Jupiter in Leo (since Jupiter rules the law, and Leo rules entertainment).

The only (and possibly most important) positive note is that Neptune will be conjunct the star of Skat as Spring of 2015 begins.  THIS IS A VERY POSITIVE ENERGY STAR FOR PSYCHIC SENSITIVITY, AND I URGE ALL ASHTAR READERS AND LIGHT WORKERS TO FOCUS FOR POSITIVE CHANGE FOR SPRING EQUINOX 2015 DURING THIS TIME-FRAME (pretty please, with a cherry on top).  This is a very fortunate star associated with occult and psychic interests, so c'mon everyone, feel the energy, feel the love, and share it.  You'll see why when you read the rest of this report below. 

Saturn is in retrograde motion and near the star of Yed Posterior.  This is not a good star (it's defined energy is Mars/Saturn) within "The Crown of the Scorpion" cluster of stars, and is said to define an evil influence.  I am concerned about this placement being overhead at Washington D.C. during spring equinox, because the people in power at Washington D.C. are probably highly compromised (s)elected individuals who are being blackmailed into voting for and supporting all sorts of propaganda bullsh!t designed to hurt the U.S. citizenry in the name of a few rich a$$h0les.

Mars is in the ruling sign of Aries, and will be conjunct the star of Baten Kaltos during the spring equinox.  This is not a good placement for Mars, as this star symbolizes isolation and depression (and according to Vivian Robson), as this star is Saturn-like per energy, and Saturn is an old enemy of Mars.  The stressful sesquiquadrate angle (135 degree angle) of Mars with Saturn is not a good placement for general work labor, the military, or competition per se, three attributes associated with Mars.

Venus is in it's night-time rulership position of Taurus, and is very close to the star of Sharatan during the spring equinox.  This star is associated with violence and accidents, and Venus is forming a weak 150 degree quincux with Saturn during the spring equinox.  This is associated with stressful relations or relationships.

Let's analyze the eclipse with three important powers: the United States, Russia, and China.

The U.S.A.

Financial scandals involving U.S. banks are a real possibility in the U.S. during the spring with this eclipse.  This is especially true with the current proposal being pushed for auditing the Federal Reserve (WHICH THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA IS AVOIDING AS AN IMPORTANT STORY, AND FOCUSING MORE ON PRESIDENT OBAMA'S TRIP TO SELMA (since race relations are more important than how our tax dollars are used).  Five planets are positioned in the second house, including the Sun and Moon involved in the eclipse.  The second house rules financial conditions of banking for the non-elite masses (i.e. middle class), bond interest payment and similar interest payment financial instruments, and also how the non-elite masses invest or spend their money.  Note that Uranus is in the second house, and forming a hard square to Pluto in the eleventh house of associations and friends.  Mars is in the second house and forming a stressful sesquiquadrate to Saturn (near the Midheaven), and Venus in the second house is forming a 150 degree stressful quincux to Saturn as well.  This can indicate banking issues that the non-elite masses may not like, such as interest rate hikes, banks charging consumers interest for keeping a savings account with them, banks raising fees to uncomfortable levels, or banks getting caught doing things they shouldn't be doing. This can also indicate an economic slow-down, despite the wonderful job the mainstream media has done to report wonderfully low unemployment numbers that exclude people who gave up looking for work and who are in their twenties and living at home with their parents. 

 As I have said in previous astrology readings on this web site, something big financially is going on behind the scenes.  I have been analyzing much financial data to try to determine what it is, and I still can't figure it out.  BUT I HAVE A FEW CLUES.  

It is my opinion that there is some sort of exodus of cash and assets going on that is leaving the United States, possibly going offshore in secure areas such as the Cayman Islands and Singapore. If gold and silver are going to be the new currencies to challenge the U.S. dollar per reports from financial analysts of China, Russia, and similar BRICS members, we are not seeing much of a response to these reports in terms of volume per commodity reports of gold and silver.

There is also a possibility that farm-land purchases may be another investment under the radar, as reported by people in New Zealand.  A lot of elitists (notably film-maker George Lucas) have reportedly purchased much farm-land there.  Many elitists who moved to New Zealand have told others that their flight out of the U.S. is based on this idea of expectations of much cataclysm and chaos in the U.S. when "the day of reckoning" arrives.  A simple interpretation of this is fear of a collection agency established for the payment of U.S. financial debt accumulated by the coca-cola snorting (s)elected U.S. officials who are currently stars of their own porno films with actresses (and actors) that are 14-16 years of age (but look like their 21. HONEST).

In summary, there may be big financial troubles starting to brew and starting to show up for the middle class of the United States after this eclipse.  Alex Jones may actually be right with his claim that this acceleration of debt by our (s)elected leaders is a scam that was pre- planned and designed to take down the United States and the freedoms established with the United States.  The problem with this speculation is that there is an even bigger problem to prevent such a downfall, as stated by Admiral Yamamoto (the Japanese Admiral who destroyed Pearl Harbor).  There is "a sleeping giant" of a LOT of Americans who own and know how to use guns.  And bullets hurt a lot worst than molotov cocktails made from Greek Metaxa, or whatever it is that tastes so good with soda.

Russia

Moscow features this eclipse overhead near the Midheaven, and this indicates a potential crisis or conflicts with the president and the ruling party in terms of their position of power with challenges by trade unions, the middle class, health workers, military personnel, or government workers (the sixth house).  This is implicated with Uranus in the 10th house ("the ruling party") forming a square to Pluto in the sixth house. 

As much damage that the U.S. government has done to themselves and their country with a cold war against Russia (due to the Russian government refusing to use or accept the dollar per important international trade), we may start to see some of this damage start to affect the Russian middle class.  This may in turn mess up the prosperity that Putin has brought to Russia, and we may also start to see a small minority of stupid idiots in Russia (probably CIA employed) who may become very vocal critics of Putin (and also reported heavily by the mainstream media as proof that the Russian people hate Putin (NOT)), despite Putin's 86% popularity rate (which will probably not get affected too much).  And this mainstream media bullsh!t is all based on whose "pretty pieces of paper" will be exclusively used for trade in certain warm-water ports guarded jealously by the "other" pushers of certain "pretty pieces of paper" who have cardiac arythmia whenever they are challenged over whose "pretty pieces of paper" will be the premier currency of choice in that region of trade.

I can't help but think of this as something similar to the battle for management of the Beatles between Allen Klein and the Eastman brothers.  Allen Klein (a.k.a. Russia) won management of the Beatles per voting of the Beatles (a.k.a. the premier international currency) and the losing Eastman brothers (a.k.a. the United States) decided if they can't have the Beatles (a.k.a. the premier international currency), then the sore-losing Eastman brothers are going to pull the stops to make sure that nobody can have the Beatles.  

Now you, the wonderful people of Ashtar, know why the Beatles had all those problems after Klein became their manager, as well as who really caused the break-up of the Beatles (and that Yoko Ono had nothing to do with it). 

China

China has the solar eclipse in it's seventh house ("the house of treaties and foreign relations").  There is potential for crisis in these areas of foreign treaties related to trade and legal agreements (which is very seventh house related), and I suspect there will be "hush-hush" disagreements and agreements between China and other trade partners over certain trade agreements and financial terms due to the very large financial amounts that may be reviewed and discussed (which will be none of anyone's business, except the big banks involved whose shareholders believe they are God, or close thereof).  

China may be relying too much on how much power they can control or power they can utilize via the use of government debt instruments they purchase, and it's possible that such power and influence can wean over time due to the weaning of the ability of the perceived investment (i.e. the United States) and it's ability to pay interest on those bonds sold to China. This is, of course, unless such interest payments are printed at random.

This may be why the Chinese government wants a gold-based currency: a currency based on a limited metal amount can't be reproduced so easily and doesn't allow one to believe that one can simply print their way out of a money-addicted binge that one got themselves into and now needs to be financed by the taxpayers (who have no means to pay such amounts due to economic circumstances) that voted them into office because the bimbo on the mainstream media told them they are trustworthy.
