And also Dr Stephen Greer's latest book also has a protocol / guided meditation in it for his purpose too.
Called Hidden Truth, Forbidden Knowledge.

And can recommend Lisette Larkins books called Listening to ETs, Communicating with ETs, and Talking With ETs.
