Whilst sleeping outside on my boat, due to the lack of wind and the heat, i set up to sleep on my deck
So midnight and a layer of cloud visible due to the full moon which was just visible through the thin clouds.
the next thing is a sound of a plane due to the stillness opens my eye
Ten another and another every 25 minutes
so that was 9 i counted upto 3.30 am
when the cloud thinned the moon looked very round and bright, bigger than usual i suppose
Then i saw it all Crisscrosses all over the place
This tiny 6 mile by 7 miles Island in the Caribbean
Is being used as a toxic dumping ground
You could see where they switched on the toxins and when they switched off as they left to returnm home to Puerto Rico HAARP base
i am not fed up reporting this Infact i am meeting the govenor of the Island to discuss this today
He must answer me that his guys in the airport are part of this as they send air balloons up at 5 am this morning and when moniyoring you could not be blind to the streaky straight lines crisscrossing over head
Who is paying for this and who has asked them to dump these toxins all over us in OUR air?
These are just some of many questions i will pose to our Govenor when I see him
I have heard that this is the new ploy of deception

We have a team here testing the soil and water and rain and will take our findings to the government

The Galactic Fed ( losing credibility by the day) must not tell us they have stopped HAARP AMISR or Chemtrails because they clearly have not I have reportsd coming form all areas of the states Vancouver NZ & OZ ans Europe
I cannot listen to any more of that rubbish we have been lied to by the cabal for far too long, to hear a newcomer on the block say that this is all finished
This is utter nonsense and i am feeling that as said previously

What that lit up thing is remains questionable. :p

Yes, the Sylphs are very effective. Last summer i saw chemtrails
through the bathroom window.. 10 minutes later these nice elementals
come from south, direction North.. They clean it all, and it was all blue
after they left.
