  I wonder that to, about the talking about us. One evening i could here 2 of them just laughing about the fact that i was not getting it and probable never would. That was weird, felt like they were playing with me. I have the feeling that sometimes i just jump into conversations that have nothing to do with me. I even walk around peoples houses while they are there talking...weird.

    This happened to me not long ago when I was is bed but I couldn't understand a word she said.I have no idea what language it was.

      I'm in 100% agreement with Blue on this one. The theta state is the "goal" in meditation, which is the state beyond, or above the conscious mind.....where one connects with Source, Guides, Ascended Masters, etc. Yes, Cedric, I would say that you were definitely in the Theta state, if just briefly, and then the conscious mind became dominant again and you left the Theta state. This is the primary reason for meditation.....to reach Theta.
      
      I feel you "nailed it" when you said you "lose connection", because that is exactly what happens.

  Thanx for the posts OOTB... very informative...
  but how can someone know if he/she is on the Theta state, and not on Alpha, or some other wave???

  I would get that feeling as I woke up in the morning last year. I wouldn't physically hear the voices, but I had this distinct feeling that I had just finished a lecture or lesson or class of some type. I would feel as I had come to terms with some great knowledge, but it would slowly leak away as I woke.
