In AyurVeda Ginger is classed as IN THE MODE OF GOODNESS.
A SLICE OF GINGER A DAY KEEPS THE DOCTOR AWAY
A small slice of Ginger a day with your food or in food or in your herbal tea daily is excellent for you.
I have Ginger Daily and I use ORGANIC GINGER as it is even more potent ..nice tasty and juicy
