Today, I'm trying something new. I'm going to blog during meditation. I want you to get a sense of what meditation can be like so you will feel connected with the process.

I've turned on the music and I'm going to relax. I've chosen "Chakra Chants" by Jonathan Goldman.

The root chakra/grounding song called "Primal Ground" is playing and it is a very deep base sound..drums, voices like natives, then somewhere in the distance a sound like strong male angels (though angels technically have no gender.)

I feel myself spiraling into a deep calm...I will myself to let go.

I ask John and the angels to come to me and to guide me, protect me and to bring me wisdom. John steps forward, the Angels behind him.

He takes my hands and looks into my eyes to center me. The Angels circle us and spin slowly, clockwise, praying.

I begin to zone. John asks me to take a moment away from typing.

We travel into the light. I see the bright white light as a tunnel. At the end of the tunnel is a hand, a right side hand. In the center of the hand is a spiral..the healing spiral.

The spiral grows and becomes the tunnel, encompassing us. John speaks, "You are meant to heal girl!

Don't let anyone tell you not to!" He is referring to a client who has issues with others in her life. "She needs you.

Plain and simple! She needs you! Don't allow fear of others to stop you from helping her!" I look into John's face and I see him more serious than he's ever been with me before.

I know he's right but I have to live on this planet and I have to protect myself and Ray from angry people. John reads my thoughts and gives me a look that says, "Why do you always put up a fuss?"

Archangel Uriel takes my left elbow and leads me further into the spiral tunnel. He doesn't say anything, just leads me.

We go deeper and deeper until we come to a quasar. It shines so brightly and its the shape of a cross, it spins the closer we get! Then...Uriel speaks to me, "This is where her soul was born...this is where she must go to be comforted and to find her wisdom."

This is a signal to me to go online and see if I can find that Quasar for her and to discover its name...if Uriel told me, I wouldn't feel the importance of it when I have confirmation of its existence.

I turn to Uriel and to John and I ask, "Why did I have the dream about being a Paramedic in College?"

They look at one another and John says, "You asked God before you went to bed to tell you what you are meant to be doing in life. You asked Him to give you confirmation.

The dream means that you are to heal and to learn. Never stop healing and never stop learning. You can even heal the healers!" I nod. I see.

God is sending me back to school. I ask God to send me the schooling free of charge and to be sure I KNOW this is the schooling I should have.

I refer to the "Inner Knowing" we get from time to time when God is telling us not to ignore whatever it is.

Now, I go deeper.

I see a bright orb of light ahead. It is now surrounded by a square shape which grows in size the closer we get to it.

The orb becomes brighter and around it now is a cross, we are getting closer and the closer we get the bigger the cross becomes until it fills the sky/universe.

Now it is replaced with the image of Christ, his arms open as if to welcome me. On His head is the crown of thorns and behind a halo made of the orb we saw before. He is wearing a white robe and a glow emanates from beneath the breast of His robe.

He bears a kind and loving expression. He is enormous in size! I ask Him to help me to accomplish what must be accomplished with this client and to help those around her to understand and to have peace with our work.

He smiles and says, "Peace will be had if she will tell the truth and cease hiding. Truth is the only way to accomplish what she is seeking.

Help her to understand that though they may be unhappy or even concerned with what you are doing, they will eventually understand and have peace in the knowing that all is as it should be.

Her destiny is assured." He raises his hand in the sign of Pax Vobiscum.

John and Uriel lead me to Earth. I seem to have become a little lighter and a bit wiser. For this I am pleased.

My meditation has been brief, but informative. John sets me back into my body with a kiss on the forehead and Uriel blesses me for my work.

I awaken, typing. I feel at peace but rather chilled. I must remember to wear my warm sweater when meditating!

This is what its like for me to meditate. With practice, others will be able to do the same. It took me several weeks to a month to see and to understand. Never give up trying! It WILL happen!
