  Hi,
  
  There are many many ways...
  
  But I feel the best one for starting is to concentrate on the sound of breathing. It has many advantages like you do not need any external stimuli as well as you can do it anywhere.
  
  But whichever method you choose try to be consistent in your practice and do not loose faith in what you are trying to do. OK....

    I have started to realize this with daily practice...
    
    But whichever method you choose try to be consistent in your practice and do not loose faith in what you are trying to do.
    
    Simply having a goal in mind brings you closer to it. <3
