Hello  Everyone! I write to you from a friends house! Ooh! Yay! Change of scenery, although to you its the same blue screen with gold and awesome :P

I write to EVERYONE!!!

I request that we all find a mantra to meditate to, The Kodoish Kodoish Kododish mantra works very well with me and what I would like us to focus on during meditation.

But wait! Do you find yourself in a pickle?! ARE YOU UNSURE OF HOW TO MEDITATE?!

Well lucky for you I have some helpful friendly advice! :)

I start to meditate by slowing down my breathing, I make it into the egyptian symbol for infinity, and this breathing cycle WORKS, for it cycles the ENERGY into a CONTINUOUS LOOP, so no energy gets STAGNANT.

How I breathe is four different breaths, out with the belly, up through the diaphragm, out through the belly, and out through the diaphragm. SO It's In up Out Down, belly chest belly chest.

When you get the cycle down, focus on quieting your mind, it is okay to talk to yourself, often this is your higher self trying to calm you so your meditation is the most beneficial to you. I WILL SAY: IN MY YOUNGER DAYS OF MEDITATION.....The Fricken song in the back of your head is the hardest to silence....It's so catchy!

ONCE YOU ACHIEVE MENTAL SILENCE AND BALANCE, Begin to focus on manifesting, THIS IS WHERE IMAGINATION IS KEY! When we were younger we had such amazing imaginations because we were SO CLOSE TO SOURCE. But alas, we have been tricked into manifesting Individual "Adult Personalities"

WHEN YOU START TO FEEL YOUR IMAGINATION: Please focus on CHANGE! ASCENSION CHANGE! IMAGINE US ALREADY LIVING THE CHANGE! MANIFEST! KODOISH! MANIFEST!

I send ALL MY LOVE AND LIGHT. TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU.

I also request any and all aid to help you all meditate to bring this Ascension, Disclosure, All of it to fruition, ANYONE HERE, WE ARE THE ONES THAT CAN AND HAVE TO DO THIS, Let us Tkae eachothers arms, for we are FAMILY. and THE LOVE I HAVE FOR YOU IS STRONG, TERMINATOR 3 STRONG.

I wrap this up with the hope that EVERYONE will lay down their ego's, pick up their hearts and BRING THIS PLANET AND OUR FAMILY HOME!
