Just wondering if anyone has meditated 'inside' a merkabah? Or meditated with a small one?
I'm thinking of doing this in order to help take me to another higher frequency during meditation. I'd like to draw on higher knowledge, heal myself, gain direction and then help other's by passing on this knowledge.
It's a wonder that Merkabah's haven't flooded the marketplace. But anyway, I might make my own and make it all colourful and put it on top of a small coffee table with a cushion to sit on. (Time to go to the op shop again, yeah).
I've got to do something creative in order to quit alcohol (which just numbs the pain of this 3d existence) and the ache to be connected to my brothers and sisters, community and planet.

You may find this helpful. As well, google sacred geometry then merkaba and you should find some good stuff to keep you busy for awhile lol. Good luck :)
Merkaba, also spelled Merkabah, is the divine light vehicle allegedly used by ascended masters to connect with and reach those in tune with the higher realms. "Mer" means Light. "Ka" means Spirit. "Ba" means Body. Mer-Ka-Ba means the spirit/body surrounded by counter-rotating fields of light, (wheels within wheels), spirals of energy as in DNA, which transports spirit/body from one dimension to another.

The Teaching Of Spherical Breathing: Using 18 Breaths
By Drunvalo Melchizedek
There are 17+1 breaths, where the first six are for balancing the polarity, the next seven for proper pranic flow through the entire body. The further breaths are for shifting the consciousness from 3rd to 4th dimension and finally the last three breaths is for re-creating the rotating Merkabah within and around the body. The last breath is not taught. Once each day, enter into this meditation, until the time comes when you are a conscious breather, remembering with each breath your intimate connection with God.
Thanks muchly for the info
Well I've again begun using the Markaba meditation, after learning it 10yrs ago.
Like many such things, extended practice over time makes it more powerful.
I've learned more about the subtleties and love is what creates it's power, far more than prana.
Just finished Drunvalo's recent workshop dvd's and I took his workshop 10 yrs ago.
There are lots of meditation methods, but I have immense respect for him and what he shares.
I haven't...as of yet, but have actually thought of it.
I have learned how to lucid dream, as my mind is too danged noisy, or distracted.to achieve deep meditative state.
It works really good for me, I stop the chatter , and i get tremendous results.
I guess, in the end, it's all about self control...some aren't as easily distracted, by having 20 million ideas running through their heads and are able to achieve a deep meditative state ...mind you, in the last couple months, I have found myself drifting, as i ride my bike lol...that was scary..so i am getting better.
I understand how to make my own ..so the speak(merkabah).
It's in our dna's.
But for me...at times, having an outside object, i feel i can control works best, as at times I am in 5d and most of the time I'm in 3d.
to each their own..
I'd like to know more about that, as sometimes I receive such energies, I can't ground em fast enough (=
Much Peace,
Steve
