It still violates the Fourth Amendment. And yes there are some fanatics in the world who might want to set off an explosion somewhere (and usually they have a history of taking antidepressants and SSRI's), just as there are fanatics who type and text while driving on the interstate (and kill people). And to hell with Bill Maher and his "our founding fathers went to the bathroom outside their house, so they were dumb" philosophy.
