TOP SECRET...MOBILE AND STATIONARY TELEPORTATIVE COMMUNICATION NETWORK WITHIN THE
GALACTIC CIVILIZATION

It has lately become clear that a teleportative communication network exists
among some spacefaring civilizations.  This network consists of permanent links
which are established in hyperspace between different planets and to permanent
space stations. The system can be compered to the microwave link system for
telephones on Earth.  Within the system there are central routing relays and
satellites used for repeater functions. Some spacecraft used by the spacepeople,
may have equipment aboard for connecting to this system.

This network has been involved in teleporting Earth humans for examination or
education to other destinations far away in space.  A person may be awakened
in the middle of the night by a loud sound.  When he investigates, he can see
a beam of light right outside his home.  The beam is very bright with a light
green colour tint.  The beam is projected from a spacecraft hovering just
above the house.  This beam can be a node in this network and the spacecraft
can be unmanned and remotely controlled.  The awakened person may now walk to
the beam and enter it.  The person will immediately loose his gravitons in the
beam and will be changed in such a way so his physical structure will exist only
from energyplane 2 and up.  From an outside view the
person seems to disappear immediately.  The person will now feel he is lifted
fast to the spacecraft.  The person can now be stored inside a multistructural
energy crystal aboard the spacecraft as a frequency picture. This crystal must
have its structure along at least 4 energyplanes to successfully store the
person.  The higher structure of the person is automatically attracted to the
lower ones.  The person's physical, etherical and astral bodies now exist as 3
coded frequency pictures inside the crystal.  These frequency pictures are
recalculated to a form that suits the protocol inside the teleportative
network. Before these altered frequency pictures are sent, the information
about the person's auric characteristics are sent to the relay and central
systems carrying the network. The auric characteristic is used as an
identification within the network.  This ensures that the person is transmitted
correctly through the automated network.  When the person is stored inside the
crystal as a frequency picture, the person's consciousness resides in the
person's mental body.  The person is now sent from the storing crystal through
a high energy cable to the transmission unit.  The frequency pictures are now
encoded according to the transmission protocol. The transmission unit consists
of a chamber which contains a forcefield harmonized to a hyperspace line which
acts as the transmission line.  This line consists of a standing wave existing
1 energyplane above the person's astral body.  The person's frequency picture
modulates this wave as it enter the chamber.  After this modulation is
complete a transmission pulse is sent.  The person's frequency picture now
leaves the transmission chamber and travels along the transmission line at a
very high speed. The transmission line is time corrected.  From the person's
view no passage of time occur during transmission.  The timestream seen from
the person's frequency picture inside the line is frozen.  Seen from outside,
the encoding and decoding of the person's frequency pictures from the
transmission line takes about 3 nano seconds independent of the transmission
distance.  At the end of the first transmission line may be a central relay.
This central relay consists of many transponders and storage crystals.  The
person's frequency pictures are now stored in a large crystal which can store
multiple people and things.  Many such crystals are within a central relay.
Between central relays there are more advanced transmission lines which are up
permanently.  Inside one of this lines several people can be sent to and from
the central relay simultaneously.  The difference in each persons' frequency
picture exists in the modulation.  Each person is modulated into a subcarrier
which again modulates a maincarrier inside the line.  The line can have many
subcarriers.
Advanced lines also have many main carriers which are placed on a different
prubunsic level.  This increases the capacity of the transmission lines. The
photon computer inside the central relay does an analysis of the added
frequencies to the structure of the person.  The person now leaves the storage
crystal and some extra information is added to the person's frequency picture.
The transmission frequency is now set to match a frequency in the main
communication line between central relays.  The person is now sent along this
line.  The coding of the person's vibratory patterns exactly matches a free
frequency gap inside the main line.  The person is sent in exactly the right
timelap and frequency lap out on the main line.  The mainline can cover
distances of several thousand lightyears, and ends at another central relay.
This central relay lies closer to the destination.  Inside this central relay
the person is stored in a new crystal.  The destination, say, a space station,
is connected to this central relay.  The line to the space station can only
transmit 1 person at a time.  The person is now removed from the storage
crystal, and is sent to the space station.  Inside the space station, the
person is stored in the space station storage crystal. The photon computer
at the space station now recalculates the frequency picture of the person.
Every added frequency pattern which was used to navigate the person through
the system is now removed.  The person's frequency pattern is now calculated
to restore the original pattern.  Then the person leaves the crystal, and
enter a special chamber.  Inside this chamber the person's astral, etherical
and physical bodies are re-established.  An option is that the body can be
re-established in such a way that the dematrialized body can adapt to the
physical environment on the space station, if this differs from the site from
which the person originated.  The entire process from the person's entrance
into the light beam until he rematrializes at the space station several
thousand lightyears away, is very fast.  The person will not sense the
transport process to the space station.  From the person's view it seems
as if he is transported instantly to the space station.  This applies even if
the person has been trough hundreds of central relays and storage crystals
before arriving at the destination and being rematerialized.

An alternate system uses natural interstellar energy lines.  Used here are
pyramid nodes such as the Cheops pyramid. (The Cheops pyramid was in the past
an ancient transporter). The person to be sent is placed in the "king's
chamber" inside such a pyramid.  On another planet there is a similar pyramid
with the same height.  It's important that the height of these 2 pyramids be
the same because the pyramid height sets the frequency emitted from the pyramid
at a higher energyplane.  When the Earth passed through the interstellar
energyline between, for example, the Sun and Sirius, the person inside the
pyramid was raised 1 energyplane. The person was then sent along the energyline
to the Sirius system.  On one of the Sirian planets was a pyramid with the
same height as the Cheops pyramid.  When this pyramid crossed the energyline
between Sirius and the Sun, the person dematerialized inside the Sirian
pyramid.  It was possible to send the etherical and higher bodies laying the
physical body behind.  It's rumoured that the pharohs before they died laid
down in the Kings chamber. When the etherical body separated from the physical
body during the death process, this body was synchronized with the cosmic
frequency inside the pyramid and was sent out through hyperspace.  This was
insurance that the pharoh's soul would reincarnate in another place in the
galaxy and not return to Earth. The Cheops pyramid was constructed with
Earth/Sirius communication in mind.  The pharoh was therefore sent to the
Sirius system.

Today the energyline between The Sun and Sirius does not pass through the top
of the Cheops pyramid this one time per year. The pyramid can therefore not
act as a transporter to that system today. The condition inside the pyramid
itself made the frequency in the person's body rise enough to make him
transmitable.  The disadvantage of this system is that the transmission only
can happen when the earth crosses the galactic energylines.  This limits the
transport to only a few specific times per year.  Therefore an alternative
system has been built which always works independently of time.  This
system uses a combination of artificial energylines and natural energylines.
With this system one can do transmissions at any time.  This system can
have mobile nodes attached to it.  The mobile station emits a high energy
frequency which is in phase with a frequency to a transponder on a repeater or
a central relay.  This creates a movable transmission line through hyperspace
between the mobile station and the central relay.  Phase harmonizing causes
the transmission lines to automatically attach the right transponders.
This system makes it possible to teleport objects between spaceships which are
moving at a high speed, and between planets which are moving with respect to
each other.  Not all beams emitted from spacecraft to ground are used for this
this function.  Most of these beams are normal antigravity lifts, which are
used to levitate people to a spacecraft.
