"Multiplying the Moment": Powerful Tool for Transformation & Healing

Here is a very powerful manifestational boosting tool/technique. . I'll call it "Multiplying the Moment"(MTM), for now. By this I mean that while we are performing a regularlymundane action, such as simply walking... that we add the intention that with each step we aretaking, we are moving one step closer to our "goals" of personal and planetary healing. Anotherexample of "MTM" could be while you are taking a shower, or washing your hands or vehicle ordishes... you can add the intent that you are also washing away any "particles" of polution from theplanet. If you are driving, you can add the intent that you are somehow helping to steer world eventsinto more positive direction.One final suggestion for using this MTM tool/technique is perhaps the easiest and most potent...while we are breathing in each in-breath we can add the intention that we are gathering universal healing energy, and with each out-breath we can add the intention of breathing this energy out throughour bodies... healing it, and radiating it out further to encompass and heal the planet in any way thatit is needed.Enjoy...

A couple days ago I practiced this MTM
tool in an amplified fashion while "sifting"
through some soil. Spent several hours cleaning
out broken glass, old nails, and other old scraps of
"trash" ... from a large pile of old soil. So as I breathed I focused on sending healing energy to the planet... and at the same time, while cleaning out the soil I envisioned cleaning "trash" from the whole Earth... and as I pulled out each piece of broken glass I envisioned each piece being harsh, violent, or troubling thoughts in peoples' minds across the planet... So sending healing energy, cleansing the Earth, and peoples'
minds, all at the same time.

So this multiplying the moment method can be

doubled, tripled, quadrupled... and so on...
