  LOL Funny you should ask. I was doing better. The month went pretty smooth until Sunday when it imploded! I'm trying to remain calm and eat the elephant one bite at a time. The hardest part is keeping the faith and believing that I'm anywhere near ascension. Sometimes I feel like and emotional caveman.
  Do you ever feel like your just kind of eavesdropping on messages for more advanced people than yourself? Sometimes I feel completely delusional for thinking about evolution at all.

  oh yeah sounds so familar..back and forth it comes and goes..just when I think its finally gone another batch hits me..I've been struggling with it since 1999! Even went to counciling over it still go sometimes just to talk about everyday problems but I stopped taking my meds because I realized it was this...this is where it got me and some of the things that I do to help me get through things...ended up going along with this..I now have a cert for horticulture and spend alot of my time with plants! So soothing....
  lost my reading comprehension alot..can't even pick up a book and read...a story. I'm really smart but can't even focus on directions to put a book shelf together these days! All of the above suggestions on what to do are great!
  I'll even have to reread some of them myself to remember what to do! LOL

    I would like to say how very, very heartwarming it is to me to see the Loving responses and helping hands I've seen so many times here on AC when someone has a need. All the suggestions I have read appear to be very Loving and positive advice.
    
    Yes, I feel we're all going through our various "ascension symptoms".....and particularly those who are empathic to one degree or another.
    
    So, I would like to say thanks to all who have offered their Loving contributions. Blessings to you all!!!

  Thanks for all of your support you guys. I appreciate it. It's good to know I'm not alone. Funny how the symptoms of being connected can feel so...disconnected! I will take your suggestions to heart. Bless you all!

  Exercise outside in the fresh is great for burning off nervous, agitated energy, works for me : )

    This is so true...I have been going through a horrible horrible period in my life, and I find the only way I can burn off my angst and anxiety about things I cannot change or control is to jump into my pool and just float and listen to my heartbeat, which helps ever so much. If the floating is not taking my anxiety level down, then I start swimming laps in the pool. I keep doing this till I cannot swim any more.....I get out of the pool and I feel so wonderful and relaxed and ready for meditation or a nap if I am lucky. The fresh air clears out all of the negative thoughts that are plaguing my inner peace. The situation that is going wrong wrong in my life may not change, but the ability to cope with it certainly is increased, plus it is helping me to lose weight too....

  I seems to me you are experiencing classic ascension symptoms.
  
  Have no fear you are quite sane and normal with good a good brain and mind.
  
  It is getting so close to 2012 when the whole planet is to rise and awaken forever.
  
  You will look back and say to yourself, "What and earth was that all about" Now I have made it to the heaven on Earth where the promise has been kept.

  Take it easy. It will only take a few days (till 26) till you feel better (i should say divine). Cheer up and allow that darkness to find the way out. Love in Light.
