Whenever I stand in the shower, letting the warm, soothing waters stream down on my forehead, the water dancing down my body in every direction, I meditate the best. The healing energies of the water, combined with the serene atmosphere in general, seem to make it easier to relax and think, or better, stop thinking, and start intending.
Once, while in the shower a few weeks ago, I found myself looking at the planet from what i believe was my highest self's point of view; I was at a decent distance so as to view the whole earth in the center of my view easily. In my etheral body, I held the entire planet, cradeling it to my chest as a single tear ran down my cheek.(although it felt my light body was sobbing)Then, I saw the Earth explode in every direction, but with my ethereal body, i basically scooped all the pieces back to where they were in one slow yet strong motion, and they all came together as they were meant to be from shear will.
I became instantly inspired by this apparent power of mine, and demanded that the Cosmos hear me! "All of Creation, the world in general! Hear me! There is love here!"(I now see a huge map of sorts, almost a holographic seeming one with a black backdrop, and white,silver,and orange colorings distinguishing what appeared to be galaxies spreading around a large golden something(Likely the home of the most ascended and/or old beings), as i i begin to say this). I then envisioned a rainbow of love pouring into my being from above and below, balancing at my Christ Heart Center, and I saw what seemed to be my multidimensional being coming together as one(I saw a rainbow of light bodied "me's" flowing down into my physical form within seconds) allowing me to channel this energy through my ethereal body in the form of a massive sapphire blue, healing shockwave spreading across the entirety of the map i perceived as the Cosmos as a whole. I did this three times, clapping my hands physically along with the envisioned shockwave of my energy charging up then spreading throughout existence. I have this ability to effect because i choose to. "World, how long would you fight for, walk through hell for, hurt for the chance to save someone you love. I don't know about you but thats why I'm here" I then saw myself kicking down a door to a crystal palace, out of frustration, saying, "Let me in i am sick of waiting! Don't you see there is love here? I am love! i breathe and serve all that is love! Help me help you help us all." Naturally, whoever was there, gave me the most startled look and lashed a whip at me, forcing me to my knees. I then called out, " I'm sorry i didn't mean to intrude! I'm getting impatient." Yet, this experience as a whole showed me that i need only be patient and enjoy the moment for now. love, live love in every single second of the day and all the pieces of the puzzle will come together with all of us loving and trusting ourselves.
The world is what we make it yes? Then, let's starting making it something beautiful. I'll take the slower route at risk of a little impatient frustration, yet potentially gaining lives when it comes down to it. Why else are we here?

I too go directly to the causal plane in the shower as many are mentioning. Something to do with the instantly relaxing HOT water and maybe the honey I put in my hair. hehe Used to be one of the only times I heard the angels very clearly.
Definitely water works as a conduit to hold that current. Hmmm... Here's a funny observation. In the movie, "The Adjustment Bureau" The "agents" or angels in that movie claimed that water would dilute their vision and/or ability to locate Matt Damon's character. Which is quite the opposite from what my experience shows me about water.
This is a prime example of programming the minds/emotions of the culture. There is a reason they call them "Television Programs" after all.
This movie touched me deeply in the end of the film and in a good way. No spoilers sorry. However, isn't it interesting the suggestion of water holding you back from "God"?! ;) wink ;) wink.. .. . .
The Adjustment Bureau...a wonderful movie! To me water 'is' God! When I lived in Jamaica, West Indies, my favorite time was soaking and relaxing in the ocean, which, in Negril 7 mile white sand beach is crystal clear and only about 3 to 4 feet deep out to the reef. It is known to cure headaches and other ailments to the Jamaicans. Heaven when you are floating on the surface (it is very salty and helps you float) with eyes closed and just the sound of the lapping of the water on the sand on shore. I felt as though I had already ascended and was in Paradise. (Hmm, Honey in the hair? I am going to use it. Also Olive Oil while shampooing keeps you shining!
Last night proves you right :) i had the worst headache it seemed last night, and once i finally brought myself to get up and go to the shower and just sit on the ground with the hot water gently beating against my face, it was gone within a couple minutes. Oh the healing powers of water :)
..as long as you can eat the shampoo, you're safe. Kinda defeats the purpose of putting honey in the hair if you are killing it just before. ;)

havnt used soap or shampoo for decades... just essential oils to adjust my stinky boyness :)
always REQUIRE a LONG shower to settle down...particularly if im ruffled....always been that way!
as a teen i would spend about 1.5 hour in the shower per day ( in several sessions)...and about 3 hrs in the surf.pd...and about 4 hours perday in the pool...swimming laps and playing water polo
reflecting that is lots of wet time...maybe im a dolphin guy too :)
