Mystery multi-colored sky phenomenon in Chelyabinsk, Russia, 2013
Thouands of people witnessed the eerie spectacle in Chelyabinsk and plus towns and villages over hundreds of kilometres in the region. A strange multi-colored sky phenomenon which was visible to some people for several hours started around 2am on June 16, 2013.
Regional TV reported: 'At first it appeared like white-blue shining light, later dirty red and yellow colous came out. The lights were completely gone by the dawn.
Some believed they saw the ghostly face of a dog in the in the blue, white, red and yellow hue that lit up the dark sky.
The lights were clearly visible from many parts of the Urals city with the best view in the district around Chelyabinsk tractor factory.
Some witnesses claimed the lights resembled the reflection on clouds of powerful searchlights but there are no known lights of this kind in the region.
Scientists gave two versions. One, they claimed it could be a rare case of the Northern Lights being witnessed much further south than normal.
Yet at around 55 degrees north, this is outside the normal regions where the Northern Lights are seen by some 2,000 km. It is the same latitude as Jutland in Denmark, Newcastle-upon-Tyne in England, and Prince of Wales Island in the extreme south of Alaska.
The second theory is a phenomenon known as 'silver clouds'.
These are very high clouds, some 85km above the ground, which can be visible at night if the sun suddenly catches them.
Chelyabinsk Hydro-Meteorological Centre said: 'So far it is hard to say what exactly it was. During last night our stations did not register any abnormal magnetic storms which must accompany the North Lights.
The last time the region experienced a light show was on 15 February when a meteorite stuck Chelyabinsk, causing shock and awe.
The footage here was seen from nearby Miass town, some 96km west of Chelyabinsk, which many reported was where the night show was at its strongest. siberiantimes

HAARP~?~
Me and sylphs are very close, Im used to seeing their smiling faces when they get a chance to chew some chem... but whatever you think of the above pic is fine Feather, (I didnt take it myself) but it doesnt change the fact that HAARP creates weather changes and when it's really firing up, cloud formations are extreme and bizarre...
I dont give a sh*t about HAARP or the illuminati... they know how little I think of them :) I'm telling you straight and Id like to say more but probably best I dont... it aint shut down and it's busy bee's as always...
This is only my viewpoint. The mouth and the emotional response tell two different stories my dear friend.
One says "I don't care about Illuminutty enough to give it any of my energy" yet the other...more powerful side...says " OMG the darkies are so smart they will succeed in enslaving humanity unless I pass on their fear propaganda to the masses. This is my MK Nation civic duty.
In a chess game between masters, the outcome is usually known less than 10 moves into the game by the masters yet they play it out only for the entertainment of the spectators. Same applies here. It's over!!! As a species...let's just walk away from the madness. "Fighting" them with the lower emotions will not achieve our goal of peace. Just like math...two negatives don't make a positive.
Don't know about you but I don't accept the belief of dis-ease from without my Self as logical or acceptable as ALL is within. Where my brethren and sistern in the area complain of air/food/water toxicity related health issues I astounded my doctors with perfect lab work, which went down from high norm to low norm even when I admitted my winter routine consisted of junk food, couch potatoing and gaining 30 lbs in 4 months. Totally against the CDC statistics for my area and winter lifestyle combination.
Based on a limited statistical data set, which approach seems to be working better?
"The feared Cabal boogie man" or the "it's all good and as it should be" approach to our relationship with Inner Self?

HAARP is not closed...I was going to add this false claim into my post last night and knock it on the head right there, but I thought to leave it, thinking '"no-one would be silly enough to actually believe that such a powerful weapon would be shut down and sitting idle", I shoulda known better... Feather, next they'll have you believing they put men on the moon or perhaps that nuclear is safe or that you can drink water after they have well-fracked it!...
Dr. Nick Begich just did interview with Coast to Coast. He said HAARP is on furlough cuz the US Military is searching for a private contractor to bypass the publics 'right to know.' As long as HAARP is funded by USA then they must disclose all it's activity to all. When HAARP falls into the private sector, we'll know nothing.
There's also other facilities across the globe, Alaska is only 1 installation.

HAARP is simply going in the direction SETI has and did years back LOL :D ... becoming privatised like so many "secret" contracted companies the US government uses for its own subversive gains... HAARP is not closed, that's what they want you to believe. Your article is dated July 17th, but HAARP rings have been seen 10 days after. How could this be if HAARP were truly off the grid?
Because so many are discussing HAARP & Chemtrails online now, the USGov pulled the website and the Magnetometer reports from the public eye. They know their propaganda isn't working(a good thing) cuz people know the Truth, so now they have to spread more lies. HAARP is still up and running, just not publicly.
A man named Dutchsinse has been unusually successful in forecasting HAARP storms & rings for years. Within the past few days youtube and a random accuser claimed he was in constantly violation and shut him down out of nowhwere.
He recently posted pics/vids proving HAARP isn't shut down. Of course our government couldn't allow that intell to get out so they shut him down. Here's some pics he downloaded from various sites showing HAARPs rings, and howing it's still up and running.
Some of the vids his friends just posted a few days ago for him have already been removed. The USGov is working hard to keep this info out of the public eye.
Please don't believe everything you read immediately. Government does everything for a reason, and it's never good. Telling all that HAARP is "shut down" is a rouse. To lull all into a false state of security. If you see Chemtrails, then HAARP's still working.
